The dashboard
The router dashboard runs your whole IRL rig from a GL.iNet router: bonding, cameras, overlays, chat and going live.
- Dashboard overview: every tab, and where its guide is
- Settings: setting up, the setup guide, backups and moving to another router
- Going live: the Stream status tab, resetting for the next stream, and the backup stream
- The header: the chips across the top of every tab
- Router and bonding: connections, signal, and bonding them together
- Cameras: DJI, SJCAM, streaming from a phone, and the Director Mini
- Publishing: Restreamer, Restream.io and OBS
- Restreamer vs Restream.io: what each does, and whether you need one or both
- GPS and weather: position, maps, weather, clock, timers and theme parks
- Pro Chat: combined chat, the host view, featured messages and chat alerts
- Audience games: trivia, polls, closest guess, the emoji meter, jokes and What am I looking at?
- Overlay control: switching overlays on and off, designing your own, and getting them into your encoder
- Overlay reference: every overlay, what it does and its settings
- Diagnostics: what the router sees, and asking AI about a problem
The Companion app
The Android app that turns phones into cameras, a director, and extra bonded connections.
- Companion app help: every screen and every button
- When the Companion warns you: heat, battery, Wi-Fi and memory
Your own receiver
The server your bonded stream lands on before it goes to Twitch, YouTube, Kick or anywhere else.
- Your own streaming server: four steps, one command
StreamHelpers Pro
An optional subscription on top of the free dashboard.
- StreamHelpers Pro: what it adds, pairing a router, your account, and what happens offline
- Pro features: Pro Chat, the Live Map, overlays without the mark, Motion & g-force, and the Companion's Pro layouts and talkback
- Pro Live Map: a public page showing where you are
