The tools distributed from StreamHelpers.com are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. That includes any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that any tool is free of defects, that it will work with your particular hardware, platform accounts or broadcast setup, that it will keep working as third-party APIs change, or that it will be available at all.
No liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Soup Enterprises accepts no liability for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of or connected with the use of, or inability to use, these tools or this website. Without limiting that, we are not responsible for:
- Streams that drop, stall, fail over incorrectly, or fail to fail over at all
- Content broadcast in error, including a fallback video going live at the wrong moment
- Lost viewers, subscribers, sponsorship, donations or revenue
- Platform accounts that are rate-limited, restricted, suspended or terminated
- API quota that is exhausted, throttled, or billed to you
- Credentials or personal data exposed by an installation you did not secure
- Corrupted, lost or leaked configuration and token files
- Any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss
These tools are supplied free of charge and our total aggregate liability to you is limited to zero. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
No support — including for donors
There is no support offered for any of these tools. No help desk, no ticket queue, no response-time commitment, no obligation to answer a question, reproduce a bug, fix anything, or keep a tool working as third-party services change. If you get help, it was a courtesy.
Donating changes none of this. A donation is a voluntary gift, not a purchase. It buys no support, no warranty, no service level, no bug fixes, no features, no roadmap influence and no priority, and it is non-refundable. If you would only donate because you expect something in return, please keep your money.
You are the operator
You install these tools on your own hardware and you control how they run. That means you are responsible for securing them. Several dashboards have no authentication unless you configure one, and can control or rename a live broadcast. Do not expose them to the open internet. You are also responsible for the credentials you supply, and for testing any tool before a broadcast you actually care about.
Third-party names and trademarks
These tools connect to services operated by other companies. StreamHelpers and Blue Soup Enterprises are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to YouTube, Google, Twitch, Amazon, Kick, Discord, Rumble, Trovo, DLive, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, X, datarhei, Unraid, Docker, or any other platform or product referenced on this site.
All product names, logos, brands and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. They are used here only to identify the services these tools interoperate with, which is descriptive use and does not imply any endorsement.
Third-party terms still apply
Using these tools does not exempt you from the terms, developer agreements and API policies of the platforms you connect to. Complying with those is your responsibility, and a platform may restrict or terminate your access regardless of anything on this site.
