Help for the IRL Dashboard, the Companion app, the SRTLA receiver and StreamHelpers Pro comes from the people who run them. You ask in public, the community answers, and the answer is there for the next person too.
Free Discord account needed. The wiki is open to everyone, no account needed.
Every guide, written and fixed by the community. Search it first.
Stuck? One forum post per problem, with your versions and what you tried.
Ideas, one per post. Vote on existing ones instead of repeating them.
Steps, expected, actual, versions. Blank out every key and URL.
Something missing or wrong in the wiki? Say so, or get edit access and fix it.
New releases and important notices. Follow it to get them in your own server.
Passed on means heard, not promised. StreamHelpers decides what gets built, and when.
A few experienced community members hold the Trusted role. They are volunteers who tag and merge posts, give out wiki edit access, moderate, and act as the gate between the community and StreamHelpers.
Found a security problem? That's the one exception. Don't post it in public. Send a private message to a member with the Trusted role on Discord and they will pass it on straight away.
StreamHelpers.com's own software is not published, not open source and not available on request. That covers the IRL Dashboard, the Companion app, the receiver setup and Pro.
This is not up for debate. Like it or not, run it or not. Don't ask. Requests for it are removed without a reply.
The open-source components we build on and ship are credited, with their licences and where to get their source, at streamhelpers.com/credits.
The software is free and provided as-is, with no warranty. See the disclaimer. Community help is people helping people, on their own time. Be patient, be kind, and help someone else while you wait. The rules are short.
