Terms of Service

Last updated August 23, 2026

StreamHelpers.com and StreamHelpers Premium Chat are operated by Blue Soup Enterprises ("StreamHelpers", "we", "us"). By using the site, self-hosted tools, or Premium Chat, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Services

StreamHelpers publishes both free self-hosted streaming tools and the hosted Premium Chat service. Premium Chat provides subscription verification, secure router pairing, and, where available, connections to streaming-platform accounts. Features, supported platforms, and availability may change as third-party APIs and policies change.

2. Premium Chat subscriptions

Premium Chat access requires an active paid or trialing subscription as reported by Stripe. Subscription fees, renewal timing, taxes, promotion terms, and cancellation options are shown at Stripe Checkout or in the applicable billing experience. Payment processing is performed by Stripe; you authorize Stripe to charge the selected payment method for recurring subscriptions until cancellation. Refunds, if any, are handled as required by applicable law and the terms presented at checkout.

We may suspend or end access when a subscription is inactive, payment is reversed, use is fraudulent or abusive, or continued access would create a security or legal risk.

3. Your responsibilities

4. Third-party services

Platform APIs, OAuth authorization, billing, and streaming services are operated by third parties. They can change, fail, throttle, suspend accounts, or withdraw access at any time. StreamHelpers is not affiliated with or endorsed by those providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of their services.

5. Availability and support

We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue the site or any feature at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every platform or device, message delivery, stream uptime, or a particular support response time. Any help we provide is a courtesy and does not create a service-level commitment.

6. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or security. Do not rely on Premium Chat as the only safety mechanism for a live production.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Soup Enterprises is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages, including failed broadcasts, lost messages, lost viewers or revenue, platform restrictions, exhausted API quota, exposed credentials, or data loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. See the Legal & Disclaimer page for related information.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process account, subscription, router-pairing, and connected-platform information.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
