Before you buy

Try before you buy. Install the free dashboard and run your whole rig on it first — your router, your cameras, your platforms. Pro only adds to something that already works for you; it does not fix a setup that does not.
Pro does not include support. A subscription pays for the Pro features and the servers behind them. It does not buy one-to-one help, setup assistance or a promised fix. The help there is comes from the community: the wiki and the StreamHelpers Discord.
No refunds. Payments are not refunded, in whole or in part. You can cancel whenever you like from your account; Pro keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for and then does not renew.

What is included

Pro ChatChat from your Restream.io destinations in one feed on the dashboard and Companion. It feeds the chat overlay, Featured Messages, alerts, and chat play in Polls and Trivia. Restream.io is the supported source; there are no StreamHelpers-hosted platform connectors.The supported path requires a paid Restream.io subscription, billed separately. StreamHelpers Pro does not include it. Connect Restream.io on your router and manage your platforms in Restream. Get a paid Restream.io subscription.Very advanced alternative: bring your own feed. You own the API keys, approvals, software, hosting and maintenance. StreamHelpers does not host or support external connectors. This alternative does not require Restream.io. Read the feed contract.
Chat on camera phonesShow the show’s Pro chat on each Companion camera phone. The operator can hide it whenever they need a clear view.
Pro Live MapPublish where you are, straight from the dashboard, to your own page on streamhelpers.com, plus the Map address overlay that puts that address on stream. Your audience watches free, and privacy zones keep home off the map.
Motion & g-forceThe Companion phone’s sensors on the GPS tab — g-force, airtime, spin, tilt, heading, steps and height change — and the Motion overlay.
Picture-in-picture layoutsOne or two picture-in-picture boxes over the Companion director’s main camera, with a camera picked for each box. Side by side, three across and the 2×2 grid stay free.
Camera talkbackMessages both ways between the director and each camera phone. Director messages show large over the operator’s video; replies show in the dashboard header chips and the full-screen chat viewer until dismissed.
Add a phone from anywhereA one-time invite with a QR code. A phone anywhere with internet scans it, opens or installs the Companion app, and becomes a camera through the router’s camera tunnel. The phone needs nothing else; the router needs Tailscale switched on, because the tunnel is Tailscale Funnel. Delete the invite to cut that phone off.
Clean overlaysSwitch off the small StreamHelpers.com mark in the corner of the all-in-one overlay.
One monthly planEverything above, in one subscription you can cancel from your account at any time.

Getting started

Run the free dashboard on your router until you are happy with it.
Sign in here with your email address and subscribe.
On the router dashboard, click the crown at the top right, then Pair this router, and approve it on the page that opens.
The router’s Pro page then says Router paired. Manage and Unpair live there too.
