Cannot remember or access your email?

A recovery sign-in key saved from your account signs you into the same account without email. Treat it like a password; keep it in your password manager.

If you did not save a key, look for a StreamHelpers / Stripe receipt in your inboxes to identify the address you paid with. Do not subscribe again with a different address. Account access help requires proof of ownership; we never reveal an account email just from a name.
